How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for orders of $50 or more. Orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping will have a flat fee of $5.00 applied. Items that are in stock and ready to ship usally do so within 1-3 days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for monogramming.

What is your cancellation/return policy?

Please check your order carefully as we will no longer be able to process order cancellations. We hope you LOVE your purchase, but, if for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your purchase up to 20 calendar days from date of purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us so that we may resolve the situation as quickly as possible. The following items are NON RETURNABLE - clearance items (prices ending in .99) and personalized/monogrammed items.

All merchandise tags should remain attached.  The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.  Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee if not in original clear packaging with tags attached.  Personalized merchandise is nonreturnable.  Please do not add  tape or tape notes to the clear packaging.  Please include your name, address, order number/numbers and request for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees.  We do not accept refused packages. 

Merchandise must be returned within 20 calendar days from date of purchase.  Please allow 3-5 business days for return package transit.  This will ensure that we receive your return within the 20 calendar day time frame
