We offer FREE shipping for orders of $50 or more. Orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping will have a flat fee of $5.00 applied. Items that are in stock and ready to ship usally do so within 1-3 days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for monogramming.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us so that we may resolve the situation as quickly as possible. All merchandise tags should remain attached. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition. Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee if not in original clear packaging with tags attached. Personalized merchandise is nonreturnable. Please do not add tape or tape notes to the clear packaging. Please include your name, address, order number/numbers and request for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not accept refused packages.
